Top Tier Moving was founded by University of Illinois – Gies College of Business graduate Tom Hull. What started with small jobs around the school and back home in Tinley Park quickly grew to something much bigger. 

After seeing a gap in quality movers in the Southwest Chicago area, Tom began Top Tier Moving in August of 2023 to better serve the community. Top Tier Moving has quickly grown since. Teaming up with Illinois State University Business graduate Mitch Bouse was the first step for the young company. Mitch has shown incredible work ethic and a deep understanding of the moving industry and has become an invaluable asset. While the company is young, the team has strong backgrounds in the moving industry and business management which has helped them build a strong company. Tom and Mitch’s expertise in management and entrepreneurship coupled with the goal of serving of the Southwest Chicago suburban community has been a recipe for success from the beginning.

Tom has worked hard to gain strong industry knowledge from the perspectives of the employee, manager, and now business owner. This insight has equipped the team to build a business that will provide the most efficient and valuable service to its customers from hard-working, devoted employees.
